Chicken Pie

This recipe is courtesy of the genius 4 Ingredients. Kim McCosker has cooked some recipes on Studio 10 and I'm a huge fan of her no fuss, so simple even I can do it approach to cooking! (or assembling- which is how I like to describe it)

Ingredients: 2 sheets puff pastry, one can condensed cream of chicken soup, BBQ chook, 500g frozen mixed vegetables.

Method: Preheat oven 180 degrees. Line pie dish with baking paper and then one sheet of pastry. In a bowl combine the soup, chicken, veggies (cook them before so they're not soggy). Pour mixture into the dish and then cover with the other piece of pastry. Squish the edges of the pastry together so it looks neat and tidy! Cut some slits in the pie lid and cook for 30-35 minutes. Once it's looks golden brown-voila!
