Satay rice

This easy peasy recipe is courtesy of The Healthy Mummy and I've cheated by adding a few extra shortcuts!

Ingredients:

Rice in a bag, BBQ chook, frozen veges, peanut butter, soy sauce, water, eggs.

Method:

Heat frypan with oil/butter and add frozen vegies. Be sure to not burn the oil! I have a nasty habit of always turning my hotplate up way too high. In the meantime put the rice in the micro. Once the veges have thawed, throw the cooked rice into the fry pan. Add shredded BBQ chook. Finally stir your peanut butter mixture through. Then crack some eggs over the contents in the pan. Done in 15 minutes!

Success rate:

3 out of 4 family members will eat this.
