Chicken Nuggets!

My children will eat anything that is crumbed!

I'm also always looking for shortcuts, life is too short to spend hours in the kitchen.So check out my sneaky recipe for chicken nuggets!

Ingredients: One packet Lilydale Free Range Chicken Breast Strips (they're already crumbed- genius!), olive oil or vegetable oil.

Method: Put a good splash of oil into the fry pan, cook for a couple of minutes each side until cooked, remove from the pan and put the chicken strips onto paper towel. Then slice Lilydale chicken breast strips into nugget sized pieces. Voila! Serve them with mayonnaise and some sliced veges (whatever ones your kids will eat - I manage to slice some raw carrots, avocado and cherry tomatoes). And then to make the meal fancier I use the leftover nuggets in a salad. I add lettuce in a bag, avocado, tomato and boiled egg! I serve this to my husband and he feels super healthy!

Success rate: Four out of four! My daughters eat the nuggets with mayo and sliced veges. Petee and I eat the chicken salad version. Everyone wins!
